NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., prevailing time, the Board of Supervisors of East Caln Township shall hold a special public meeting and hearing at the East Caln Township Building, 110 Bell Tavern Road, Downingtown, PA 19335, to consider and possibly act on the Conditional Use Application of 415 Brand LLC (the “Applicant”), owner of the property located at 415 Brandywine Ave., more particularly identified as Tax Parcel No. 40-3-11.23; located in the I-1 Industrial Zoning District (the “Property”). The Property is currently improved with a former car wash building. Applicant is seeking conditional use approval, pursuant to Section 225-13.B.(3).(a)-(b) of the East Caln Township Zoning Ordinance, to demolish the existing structure and develop the Property with a restaurant and a multi-use building, comprised of retail, warehousing and distribution uses.
A copy of the application is available for public inspection and may be copied for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the East Caln Township Building during normal business hours.
