NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, at the East Caln Township Building, 110 Bell Tavern Road, Downingtown, PA 19335, the Board of Supervisors of East Caln Township will hold an in person public meeting, at which time it will conduct a public hearing to consider, and potentially act on the conditional use application of Artisan Construction Group, LLC, for its property located at 700 Clover Mill Road, UPI No. 40-02-102, in the OC-3 Zoning District (“Property”). The Applicant is seeking conditional use pursuant to 1) Section 225-10(B)(3)(k) which permits townhouse dwelling units by conditional use in the OC-3 Zoning District; and 2) Section 225-10.G which provides the requirements, standards, criteria and area and bulk regulations that govern the design for townhouse dwelling units for which conditional use approval is sought in accordance with Section 225-10.B(3)(k).
A copy of the application is available for public inspection and may be copied for a charge not greater than the cost thereof at the East Caln Township Building, 110 Bell Tavern Road, Downingtown, PA 19335, during normal business hours.
