THE APPLICATION OF FIVE PEAKS DOWNINGTOWN, LLC d/b/a CAPRIOTTI’S SANDWICH SHOP. Applicant is the Lessee of a portion of the property known as Tax Parcel 40-02-88.2. The subject property is a portion of the existing P-2 Building (Former Old Country Buffet) within the Brandywine Square Shopping Center, which is located at East Lancaster Avenue and Quarry Road in an OC-3 Office, Commercial, Hotel/Motel Campus District.
